Tour – Chocolate

Overview

Like a wine tasting but with chocolates. Made in a small plot where we will receive a peasant family that will take us back to the past with natural and cultural histories, with a presentation of the evolution of cocoa time in pre-Columbian times and the development it has had in the country’s economy.
We will walk along a path of the plantation knowing the different processes of cocoa, from sowing to tasting the fruit, continuing to the small cocoa processing plant where the chocolate production begins with tasting with hot drink as the aborigines did of the area (MALEKUS). As well as trying different presentations of chocolate ranging from 65% to 100% pure cocoa

Pick up time: 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Difficulty: Easy.

Minimum: 2 people.
